“no Madam, it took me my whole life.”
The problem with designing things for other people is you are dealing with people who up till that point had never given one thought to design.
They have never looked at any product/advertisement/software/media and wondered: why the liked it, why it works, how it works. etc.
WatchFound a snapping turtle crossing the golf course fairway behind my house. No I’m not kicking him, just tapping his leg with my foot and he gets quite “snappy” about that. For his troubles in entertaining me, I carried him the rest of the way to the pond he was going to.
He didn’t like being carried either.
